Graston
Graston Technique® is a therapeutic method for diagnosing and treating disorders of the skeletal muscles and related connective tissue. It is an innovative, patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. The technique utilizes a collection of six stainless steel tools of particular shape and size to specifically detect and effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue adhesions, scar tissue, and chronic inflammation.
